20 Réserve Naturelle SAINT MARTIN Action SP2 – Poursuivre et renforcer les missions de Police de l’Environnement Le pôle police de la nature de la réserve naturelle - dont le référent est Christophe Joe - a assuré 9 patrouilles en mer, conjointement avec la brigade nautique de la gendarmerie, entre octobre et décembre 2022. Les nombreux contrôles de bateaux, en mer et au mouil- lage, ont permis de constater la présence à Tintamarre de 3 navires appartenant à des compagnies de loca- tion qui avait omis de solliciter son autorisation à la réserve. Une autre embarcation a été mise en garde pour un excès de vitesse. Un dernier bateau a été verbalisé pour avoir pêché à la traîne dans les eaux de la réserve naturelle. Sur le domaine terrestre, ce pôle assure 2 patrouilles par jour et se réjouit de constater une importante diminu- tion des infractions, notamment en matière de pêche.
