43 Réserve Naturelle SAINT MARTIN Renforcer l’ancrage territorial et régional de la réserve Reinforce local and regional commitment to the réserve Action MS37  Participer aux réunions et partenariats de réseaux régionaux (priorité 1) Le 9 novembre 2021, le pôle scientifique a participé au comité technique annuel du Plan National d’Action en faveur des tortues marines en visioconférence avec la Gua- deloupe - crise sanitaire oblige. Ce comité coordonné par l’ONF rassemble toutes les structures actrices du PNA en Guadeloupe et à Saint-Martin, la réserve étant le référent local à Saint-Martin. Cet événement a été l’occasion de faire le point sur les actions menées au long de l’année et les objectifs de ce plan national pour 2022, en matière de connaissances, de conservation et de sensibilisation. Le 14 décembre, l’iguane des Petites Antilles a été au centre des échanges - en visioconférence également - du comité technique du PNA en faveur de cette espèce, classée en danger critique d’extinction par l’UICN. Comité technique pour les tortues et pour les iguanes Action MS37  Participate in regional network meetings and alliances (Priority 1) On November 9, 2021, the scientific department participat- ed via video conference in the annual technical committee meeting of the National Sea Turtle Plan that took place in Guadeloupe—they did not attend due to the pandemic. The committee, coordinated by the ONF, brought together all of the active organizations that are part of the plan in Guadeloupe and Saint Martin, with the Réserve as the lo- cal representative in Saint Martin. This event was the perfect occasion for summarize the activities completed throughout the year, and look at the goals for the national plan in 2022, in terms of knowledge, conservation, and awareness. On December 14, the Lesser Antilles iguana was the sub- ject of a discussion by the technical committee —also by video conference— to promote protection of this species, on the IUCN’s critically endangered list and threatened with extinction.
