41 Réserve Naturelle SAINT MARTIN Optimiser les moyens de gestion / Optimize management methods Action CS35  Favoriser les programmes d’acquisition de connaissances sur la RNN (priorité 1) L’étude Récréafish coordonnée par l’Ifremer (Institut de re- cherche pour l’exploitation de la mer) pour le compte de l’OFB et confiée localement à la réserve naturelle a débuté cet été à Saint-Martin et en mars 2021 à Saint-Barthéle- my. 13 pêcheurs non professionnels à Saint-Martin et 42 à Saint-Barthélemy, qu’ils aient l’habitude de pêcher depuis leur bateau ou depuis le rivage, se sont engagés à rensei- gner la réserve sur leurs sessions de pêche et leurs évent- uels captures, même s’ils sont revenus bredouilles, le zéro ayant toute son importance. Ils doivent également annon- cer le coût correspondant à cette activité, ainsi que la des- tination de leurs captures : s’ils consomment le poisson, s’ils le donnent autour d’eux ou même s’ils le vendent. La durée prévue de cette étude est de 1 an. A total of 13 non-professional fishermen in Saint Martin and 42 in Saint Barthélemy, who regularly fish from their boats or on the shore, have promised to alert the Réserve when they go fishing and report their eventual catch, even if they come up empty handed, as ‘nothing’ is also of importance.
