16 Réserve Naturelle SAINT MARTIN éserve aturelle I I Le mérou géant observé le 22 octobre 2020 - The giant grouper seen on October 22, 2020 Action CS4 Suivi de l’ichtyofaune (priorité 1) A mi-parcours de sa réalisation, après deux ans et demi de travail, le programme Life Biodiv’Om s’est plié à un audit de l’Europe, mené par un cabinet extérieur. Cette mission est désormais terminée et a encouragé le gestion- naire de la réserve naturelle de Saint-Martin a poursuivre dans cette voie. Aude Berger a présenté les avancées du projet en visioconférence, avec de nombreuses photos et des vidéos présentant les pêches nocturnes, l’échan- tillonnage des post-larves, les aquariums, et bien sûr sa rencontre avec un mérou géant le 22 octobre 2020. Objectif à long terme n°1 : * Connaissance et suivi du patrimoine naturel Satisfecit pour le programme Life Biodiv’Om Action CS4 Monitoring Of Fish (priority 1) Halfway through its completion, after two and a half years of work, the Life Biodiv’Om project was submitted to an audit from Europe, led by an outside firm. This task has now been completed and encouraged the manage- ment association of La Réserve Naturelle de Saint-Martin to continue along this path. Aude Berger presented ad- vancements made by the project via video conference with numerous photos and videos of nocturnal fishing, samples of post-larvae, and aquariums, not forgetting her meeting with a giant grouper on October 22, 2020.
